Si. El teclado de las taquillas funciona con baterías independientes. Podrán seguirse usando con normalidad en caso de que el parque se quede sin suministro eléctrico.
Contamos con el servicio técnico mas ágil del mercado. Si el parque dispone del servicio WATERPROOF, nuestro promotor de ventas cuenta con la formación para dar soporte técnico en taquillas. Además, al ser taquillas tecnológicas, nuestros informáticos pueden acceder a distancia al software y repararlo en minutos. En caso de necesitarlo, también un equipo técnico se desplazará hacia las instalaciones un máximo de 48 horas.
